This website, getakuform.com, is operated by Akuform ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell our products.

1. Eligibility

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Products and descriptions

We make every effort to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible. Akuform insoles are comfort and wellness accessories. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Individual experiences vary. If you have a medical condition, diabetes, poor circulation, a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, or are pregnant, consult a healthcare professional before using magnetic products.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes we are required to collect. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions at any time; changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed. Payment is processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details.

4. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Refunds and withdrawal

7. Reviews and user content

If you send us reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our store.

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, belongs to Akuform or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
